UFO brake pads

I'm getting ready to replace the front pads on my '90 V8Q, and debating
whether to replace the pads with OEM, or aftermarket pads. Any suggestions
on  aftermarket pads that work well with the UFO's (less brake dust, better
stopping, easy on rotors).
