4000 CS quattro

I've got an idea. Is it possible to buy a 4000 CS quattro in the US
and ship it over here to Norway? I want a quattro, but the older
4000/80 quattro has only got a tiny 1.8 carburator engine, and they
are very rare. 5000/100 quattro is expen$ive here, and pretty rare
too. But you "over there" in the US has got the perfect - the 4000 CS
quattro. 2.2 I5 engine, quattro and tons of equipment that even new
cars here in Norway hasn't got! What are the price range for a _very_
well maintained 4kCSQ? Preferably late model (86 or 87) and with dark
exterior. Is it possible to buy a car and get it shipped overseas
without me going to the US? What is the approx. cost of shipping etc.?

Maybe a wild idea, but I want to check it out - I want a quattro! :-)
