The injectors can be pulled out with the lines attached.  It's a bit
fiddly, but they can be winkled out.  Detaching them from the metering
head is easy.

The only tools I've found that will deal effectively with the joint
between the injector and the line from the metering head are Bahco
adjustable wrenches.  Get the injector backed out 1/4" at least from
the head, get two Bahcos on the joint, and wriggle them around while
trying to adjust them to as tight a fit as possible.  Then _lean_ on
the suckers.
