Rich,

I have not set the WX idea in stone yet.
I am seriously thinking about it
...
The URQ flywheel will advance the timing 2-3 degrees
is this a major problem or can I counter affect it with
the distributor. (have access to a Snap-on adjustable timing light)

The WX is an early US ur-quattro engine, so I don't see
why you are worried about the ur-q flywheel advancing timing.
The ur-q flywheel on a WX engine/ECU is the correct fitment.
But if you are thinking of using an ur-q flywheel with MC engine/
ECU, the timing is retarded 1 flywheel tooth relative to the MC
engine flywheel. That 1 tooth is good for 2.6667 degrees of
timing.
