How does one remove the pistons from a G60 caliper, with compressed air?

Yes.

If only one comes out, how do you remove the second one?

I wedged the one that is free back in with wood so it is held in place
and then proceeded with the air to remove the stubborn piston.
Rebuilding the calipers is a pretty easy process, I too was concerned
my first time, but it worked out fine and haven't had a problem since.
-Go easy and watch out for the fingers when getting the pistons out.
-Clean up the pistons and calipers.
-Reassemble using new seal rings and dust boots. Use brake fluid
to coat the seals. I also installed new bleed valves.
-Lube up the guide pins, I used hi temp moly grease. And some
are recommending to replace the guide pin boots.
