Re: G60 Caliper Piston Removal
Compressed air and be careful because when it comes off, it comes off HARD
and FAST! If you're not prepared, it can be quite dangerous (or amusing,
depends if you're doing or watching). Put a short piece of 2x4 in the rotor
space and point the piston away from you, cover with a big rag and start
careful application of compressed air. If it's sticking you can play the
penetrating oil game or - even - if you're replacing the seals anyway, use
a pipe wrench to wiggle o it a little as well.
