ur-q hard cold starts

	the car's at 2bennett at the moment, and the hard 
	cold starting problem is prooving to be elusive.
	starts fine warm, but cold it takes a long time
	to catch, and sputters when it catches, often 
	for 10 seconds, before it dies.  the only way 
	to get it started is to really really play with 
	the throttle to get it thru this difficult period.

	they are pros so have tried the obvious angles.
	it's a pain in the ass because the car has to be 
	cold cold cold for it to happen, they can only 
	work on the problem twice a day at most.

	experiences shared would be appreciated...
