It supposedly did (at least that what my info said when I had the 83
5kt...)

And I can state that my car certainly didn;t have that feature (waste
gate used to stick shut on very cold days - wheeee!) - but it was some
sort of wierd grey market car, metric dash...

The same ecu as the other k-jet cars, ei 5k, (5 cyl) 4k, coupe, through
83.

84 on uses the cis e, which as you point out, is quite different.

future question for people to ponder answers to in advance - difficulty
of converting k jet car (my 82 coupe) to cis-e from donor (84 coupe)....
