Regarding the 1990 V8 quattro for $10,500. 

Sounds like an OK deal. I just bought one from a dealer for $7,000 but
this was actually the wrong price and I had to hassle them to give it to
me for that. Anyway, I see the same car at another dealer here for
$12,000, so $10,500 sounds OK if it is in good shape (and ok miles
~100,000). 

Anyone else have an opinion on this one??

I would also like to know if I have bought a high risk car in terms of
frequent repairs?? What should I keep an eye/ear on?? My 1990 V8 quattro
has 119,500 miles on it.
