Do you run the HVAC system in ECON mode?  That shuts off the compressor
which really ties the HVAC system's hands.  Is your AC system low on
charge or inoperative?  You should be able to leave it in AUTO at
somewhere close to 75 deg set temp.  If it still fogs a bit, then hit DEF
for a few minutes. 

Just a few ideas to check out.
