fogging

i have a problem on my 1990 200q that is getting worse
as the outside temperature drops.  after 10 minutes
of driving the windows start to fog up.  the only way
to clear them seems to be by opening either a window
or the sunroof.  after a few minutes of fresh air the 
windows clear.

any help appreciated.
