hydraulic pump 200q

the hydraulic pump on my 1990 200q is bubbling fluid out of one of the caps.

also getting a faint groaning noise when turning the steering wheel.
the leak is very tiny, but it is there.

does this mean i need to replace or rebuild the hydraulic pump?

how much will this cost?

any help appreciated.

      yes it was the spring in the fresh air flap.
