 I use bulbs from stop lights and have never had the flash. A friend gave
me some bulbs that were removed from stop lights; they replace all bulbs
when one burns out and disgard all of them. They seem to be better than
the rough duty bulbs you can buy. I don't know where you can buy stop
light bulbs. Larry
