No.  No car uses date specific code in its computers, certainly not
anything that references the year.  There was an AFD Y2K post on the DSM
list this/last year but that's it.  Engine, no.  Cellphone, related to the
network, ot the car, depends.  Alarm, depends on external monitoring
systems compliance; it's just beeps the horn, not affected.
