What kind of fluid are you using? With the Ur-q braking on my 4kq I went to a
track event few weeks back and must tell you I was very surprised not to see any
fading. Lap after lap, nothing.
I am using the older half aluminum 5kt calipers and Ferrodo (street?) pads.
I was also driving with locked center diff.
I think most of it had to do with the fluid though. I am running ATE SuperBlue
and have never had any fading problems since.
Try the fluid first (if you are not doing so yet). Maybe it will all go away.

I know Ur-q is heavier, but I don't think by as much to make your brakes fade and
mine (on the 4kq) not.
