They are great tires in snow. Thats it. SUCK on Pavement. If you
want a Great Snow tire. They are good but I would get the Nokian
Hakkapalita 1's. Just as good in snow and Ice butt better sidewall
design so MUCH better on pavement. I consider Blizzaks Un-Safe on
pavement at highway speeds. WAY to squirrely. I will never buy another
set.
If you want even better pavement performance with decent snow
traction, Nokian Hakka NRW's, or Pirelli P210s are good.
Dunlop Graspic, and Yokahoma Gaurdex fall right in Between.

BTW, some people may disagree with me but I have Blizaks and Nokians
on nearly Identical cars and the Nokians Blow the Blizaks out of the
water in my opinion. On pavement. On snow it is a draw. Depends on
the exact conditions.
