The headlights were the same story, I believe. 5kcst and 5kcstq had the
wide, flat headlights and associated grill and trim, while the 5ks and
5ksq had the taller headlights.

I'm not certain, but they may have stopped selling the "just plain CS"
model by '86, when these integrated headlights came out, so the
distinction between CS features and turbo features is purely semantic.
