Re: fuel pump

No, its not the relay, the pump is loud and its whizzing.  When i turn the key
to the on position it will come on, but it sounds like its straining.  Also, as
i hit about 3k rpms and 4500rpms the car will cut off for about a half a second
then continue to pull.
