Sat in a TT

I did today,

Today one of the engineers from Audi in NJ came by to tweek a stubborn A6
ECM wih his magic black box'o wires.

 We knew he had a TT to drive but he never brought it over.  Today he did. 
Very cool in the flesh.  I only got to sit in it.  The best seats Audi has
ever done, nice dash and controls.  Very big hatch area for stuff. I'm 6'
and had enough headroom.  I liked the interior alot.   It was of course a
FWD TT with 180hp.  I wish I could have driven it.   Our foreman got a
ride.  He commented that the engine felt strong. He also thought the engine
had some prety high revs on the highway.  But after we talked it sounded
about the same as an A4T which do run higher revs than the A4 2.8

The brakes looked to be of decent size in the 17" wheels. Tires were
225-45-17s I believe. 

 Price?  As it stands all the TTs we have deposits on are FWD of course,
all will be leather and will have 17" rims.  The leather and 17s are
options but for now they will all come with them, till supply gets better. 


So it looks as if they will list at @$32k equipped as above.  Maybe next
time I get to drive.
