Glen,

Someday when I have more time I've some good stories to tell about my
STEALTH VRCD (Vehicular Radar Cloaking Device)

Only one today.  After blowing by an oncoming instant on K band equipped car
Marni and I heard two officers in Montana discussing on our scanner over
whether I had a jammer cause he got no speed reading.  The end of the story
was that I couldn't have had one because the one officer had read an article
on how those don't work.
