Re: Dealer disservice award- Valley Motors

Tom:

For some, knowledge of our (or SO's) cars does not equate to time to work on
them. This is especially true for those "unexpected" repairs. My local
dealer has an omnipotence complex and is terrible. I have still had to use
them on rare occasions even though I could have done it my self.

IMHO Reitzel Motors in Norwell should be added to the Hall of Fame. I am
presently deciding if I want to bring legal action against them for unfair
and criminal acts on their part. I probably will not because it is usually
a mistake to burn those bridges. Still it is totally inexcusable for a any
dealer or knowledgeable mechanic scr*w their customers.
