Weird KKK turbos

Got some weird KKK turbos in from uncle Sam, these things are brand new and
HUGE!! Four inch compressor and exhaust outlets.. The numbers are:


ATLNR
76550 0008
KKK 5252 978 7517

Anybody know what the devil these are??
