Oh, and thanks to the folks who have already sent me various info,
chunks of Bentley, etc. and those keeping the info stream flowing!

hoping I won't have to settle for just one touch u, which is more useful
I think since at the toll booth one is coasting and fiddling on
approach, but driving on getaway!  Also one gradually opens the windows
to comfort level while driving but typically wants them both fully
closed at shut down.
