Your wheels are the Ronal R8. They are stock wheels on some Audi models
(85-87 4000S, 4000CSQ and Coupe GT, for example, and others).  But I think
the USA model 88 80Q was supposed to come with BBS cross-spoke mesh-style
wheels.  Perhaps some didn't...
