those are made by ronal.
they were the stock wheel for all us-bound 84-87 4k's. (and some of the
80/90's)
they also sold a nearly identical model (R18?) on the aftermarket. (nla)
a friend of mine had some 16's on his 84 jetta and they are now on his 91
passat.
