    Guys,

    My oil pan gasket is seeping.  Not bad, but I'm eventually going to
need to drop the pan and replace it.  But, instead of just replacing
the gasket, I am thinking of going to a 20v oil pan (with extra baffles
and heat sinks) or an S4 oil pan (which is aluminum with the same
benefits, and holds 6 qts? of oil).  I really like the S4 oil pan.  My
only question is will it bolt up directly to my late (i.e. dual knock
sensor) MC motor without any modification?  Also, does the S4 oil pan
really hold 6-6.5 qts of oil normally?

    Any and all advice appreciated.
