Between the tank and the fuel pump.  If you don't have one (a TSB
removed it for some cars) there'll be a tab bent up against the floor
pan.  Part number is 811 133 511 D.

Interesting.  There is an unused tab near the fuel pump of my 1988 90q that
looks like it would fit either the fuel tank hose or an emergency brake
cable but is improperly placed for either.
