TQC Problems

The window regulators on my '83 TQC have started to fail.  The rh has
totally quite functioning and the lh isn't far behind.  I am having
troubles finding a regulator (at a decent price - $485ea from Audi is
unacceptable).  There seems to be an abundance of regulators for '84 and
newer - anybody have any leads for replacements?  I have heard there is
a place in Indiana that rebuilds them, does anybody know about them?

Next problem:  When sitting at a complete stop and my foot is not on the
accelerator, the tach needle bounces erratically.  Also noticed at the
same time I ws unable to accelerate above 4k without the boost cutout
shutting down the engine.  Any suggestions as to the cause of those
happenings?
