Correct lift points for 5K/200

Dear Listers,

I have a recently obtained 200TQ which shows signs of damage from
incorrect lifting.  I know of the four rubber blocks, but where do I
lift the car to place jack stands on all corners?  If I lift using the
rubber blocks where should should the stands be placed?

I have used the 'standard' slotted lift points on the edge of the body
but there is insufficient clearance with my floor jack.
