Newbie to Quattro list - looking for info on 93 90S

I recently acquired  a 93 90S.  It has a few problems that I'm hoping
the list can help with.
1) Left front headlight is cracked - recommended places where I can get
a replacement without getting a second mortgage?
2) Get a strange noise when I turn the wheel to the left - whether
moving or standing still - almost sounds like the power steering pump -
any suggestions?  Could be in a TSB?
3) The car has 69k miles on it - should I be considering getting the
timing belt changed?  And if so, how much should I be expecting to shell
out?

I tried searching the archives, but couldn't get detailed answers.
