90'CQ-Hyd Prsr Accmltr Prblms,Tie Bar Play and Distributor Noise(( Advice needed, fast !!!!!!! ))

Please offer any advice you can.
My 1990 CQ had the dreaded Hydraulic Pressure Accumulator failure symptoms:
Pulsating brake pedal when pressure applied, Brake Warning Light after
pumping brakes or just starting car and staying lit for 30sec-1minute. So I
called my mechanic and and had the BOMB replaced. It felt great for about 2
days then started moaning and groaning and eventually started leaking
Pentosin all over my garage floor. I brought my car back to my mechanic
which said my High-Pressure hose was leaking,( I agreed), due to the visible
dripping from the Hose=Fitting.He sent out the hose for repair and it came
back like new. He installed the hose and everything feels better,ie: the
pedal feel, no brake light, BUT I still get a pulsating pedal and moaning
noise at different times-which lasts for 1 minute at a time.
BTW, a few times my fluid level dropped quite a bit- so much that when
turning the steering wheel, the pump was groaning, " whonnnnnnnnnnnn" not
JUAN. I'm pissed and a bit lighter in the wallet. Does anyone have any
experience with this situation and what was needed to fix the problem
entirely and correctly. How much, what parts?? Success stories appreciated.
NEXT- My Tie Bars are loose at the connection bracket attached to the power
steering rack. When turning the wheel, there is play side to side of
apx.1/4-1/2 inch- unacceptable because when driving, my car wanders all over
the lane I'm in. I've tried to tighten the 17mm bolts they are attached to
the bracket with, but there is no hex backing of the bolts-their ROUND on
the back side. How do you tighten or fix this loose steering problem other
than complete replacement of the tie bars?? FINALLY- The distribur noise
from 1600-2000 RPM is annoying me -I've read about the thin washers to shim
the cam, can anyone who has successfully done this give me more details. I
would appreciate anyones reponse that knows about these problems more than I
do. HELP- AUDI BRETHEREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything else is fine - but I do need Strut bearings, Springs and Struts
too
