speedo number

someone asked about the speedometer number on an eary 4k...i remembered that
i have an instrument panel from an 81 4ks (free if you want it) it has a
metric speedo that wears the number<811190b>.

btw both of my 81 4ks's had different wheels...one had 13"...the other 14"
same bolt pattern and same design and manuf. wheel. both cars were within a
couple of hundred on the vin, both were 5 cyl auto.
