Interference fit, again

This is theoretically true only when the engine is being turned by hand. The
clearance numbers allow for the engine to turn freely, but tolerance stacking
can eliminate that as well.
When the engine is running it most definitely IS an interference fit.
Somewhere I still have pictures of the head from my '87 turbo engine if you
need definitive evidence of what happens.
