water pumps on 89-91 200 and pre-1989 5k(t)/100/200

Hi!

Are the water pumps for the pre-1989 100/5000/5000t the
same as the 1989-1991 100 and 200? I see part numbers
are 034 121 004 for the post-89 and 035 121 004A for the
pre-88 5k/kt. Also, 069 121 004 is the number for the
Also 035 121 004 is for the 4k 5-cylinder. I suppose the
thing is vastly different on the 1989-1991 100 and 200
because the timing belt difference after 1988.

Just looking to find a cheaper aftermarket alternative to
the Audi agents.
