Re: A4 Next Gen

Pick up the latest Gute Fahrt, you'll see what production week 4/1999 will
bring us. The canges are, as Tom Nas well put it, for Audi spotters only.
New headlamps, slightly changed bupers, reshaped mirrors, new tailgate/trunk
opening mechanism, revised cetre console, interior light package, new fog
lamps, new door handles, etc.

The stuff coming in 2001 is_big_compared to this. Look for a bold restyle
with styling cues from the TT and the A6 with increased room to better
compete with lates 3-series and upcoming C-class.

Most importantly, there are plans for introducing a new Ur-q (oxymoron?)
based on this car. Let's hope they get it right, not an easy task to
complete.
