Idle Problems on V8

Hi all,

Quick question (hopefully bringing a quick and easy solution)!
I own a 90 V8q that is experiencing intermittent idle problems.  It idles fine
at cold start up and virtually all other times as well.  It randomly(?)
chooses to not idle at start up when the vehicle is warm.  This is strange as
it is not an all the time problem and I'm having a difficult time finding any
kind of pattern.
Any BTDT or other suggestions?
