We do have emissions but they do not really inspect.  Even when you bring in a 
car from out of state they do a half assed inpection but would never catch 
things like EFI or a hollowed kitty.  Pete had no trouble getting his car in 
even with the hollowed kitty.  Passed emissions like a brand new 5kt.
