Help me! Advice needed. Close to buying a S6

I need to replace my 911 with something more practical, since we have
baby #2 on the way.  I was planning on a newer A4 2.8 QMS, but fell
over an ad for a S6.  I saw the car today, and put down money on it. 
I'm having a mechanic look at in Thursday.  Figure I can still back
out of it if need be.

Anyway - ANY input on this will be GREATLY appreciated.

Car is a 95, with 62k miles, and recently off lease.  Bought in
September of 1995 in Michigan, with a Michigan title. VIN#
WAUKA84A0SN076828.  We agreed on a price of $23.7k.

- Is this a 95 or 95.5?  How do I tell?

- Biggest concern:  Drivers door binds on its hinges, like they are
not properly oiled.  The door has to shut fairly forcefully compared
to the other doors in the car,and compared to my A6Q.  It closes fine.
 Lines up perfectly.  Can see NO repairs or paint job. Any ideas on
possible cause?

- More mileage than I have even on my '88 911.  Should I be concerned?

- Car has Ecru leather.  Drivers seat is pretty worn. Same color
leather and same noticeable wear as a '94 100S I used to own. Does
this color wear unusually fast?  Will it get much worse?

- Car looked great around 4:30.  An hour later I parked it under
artifical light, and suddenly I could see swirlmarks everywhere? 
Maybe they just show up more on black cars???

- How much should I expect to pay for 60K service? (Assume
timing-belt, waterpump etc?)

- Any critical things to watch for?

- The car seemed to be in good shape, maybe a little rougher than I
would have expected for a 3-year old car, but of course the car is
high mileage.  NOT excellent or prestine.  All maintenance was done by
Audi dealer.  Is the price good?
