fuel pressure regulator?
Hi members,
I need some advise and expertise! Browsed a Swedish company's home page.
BSR sportsman, a company specializing in racing. They are working on a
English version on their pages. They have a product there called
something like
"Progressive fuel pressure regulator" and due to the fact there are so
many technical term words in the description for it that I don't yet
have in my vocabulary (Just Immigrated here from Sweden), I'll hope you
can understand what I'm talking about.
" A progressive fuel pressure regulator 1,2:1 increases the fuel pressure
in relation to the intake/turbo boost with 20 %. This gives you 5 % more
fuel going to the combustion area. This results in a better turbo boost
(more hp)"
If anyone, against all odds knows Swedish. I'll throw in that as well.
"En progressiv bränsletrycksregulator 1,2:1 ökar bränsletrycket i
förhållande till insugnings/turbotrycket med ca 20%. Detta ger ca 5% mer
bränsle genom spridarna. På turbobilar möjliggör detta ett högre
turbotryck och kan ge en effektökning även på bilar utan turbo."
Has anyone any experience with such a gadget?? It retails for 1250
Swedish krona (160 dollars).
Worth instaling in my S4?
Thanx
PS. Yes my car is still in Sweden, but I'm going over there for christmas
and arrange the export/import.
