Very much to his credit, John Simick of http://www.impex.com exchanged my Bosch 
plug wires under warranty.  I didn't even buy them from him, he read a post of 
mine where I had mentioned that the insulation was damaged by battery acid.

Granted, if the warranty covers them that's one thing (and this was 
environmental damage IMO), but he didn't have to get involved.
