I don't believe that the bolt pattern can be changed with a 15mm spacer.  The
offset could be made 15mm larger, but to change a bolt pattern, the spacer needs
to be significantly thicker for the new holes to have sufficient threads to grab
the lug bolts.

Anyways, I guess it is possible to interchange the wheels, but I think the price
on those bolt pattern adapters is outrageous.  Any one know a price?
