Not worth it....I bought my NEW V1 for $359......so for $100 more than the
upgrade, you can have 2 V1s.  You can buy a V1 that was returned to them after
the 30 free trial for $359, and it will have the full warranty and it is fully
upgraded.  That's what i did, and I love my V1.

As for the V1's performance, EVERY test that Car & Driver or Road & Track has
done on radar dectectors over the past 4 years (they usually do 1 per year),
the V1 ALWAYS wins hands down.  I've got every C&D issue from 1990>, so if
someone remembers when the acticle was, I can look it up.
