Pilot Bearing Removal Tool (pn.10-202) Needed

I was wondering if anybody in the Long Island area has Audi tool 10-202.  I
need to get the pilot bearing out of the crank so I can get the big girl on
the road before the snow starts to fall (though with 65deg weather it seem
improbable) I have tried to pack the crank with grease and that just did not
work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
