Coolant leak (DHOW)

After I changed the coolant in my 89 200 turbo i have a leak from the
rear of the block. I think it is coming very slowly from the "freeze
plug" high on the back of the block. I changed from Xerex green coolant
to Prestone orange coolant and did not else. I have tried to talk to
Prestone about this but have not been able to talk to a real person yet.
Did the change in coolant cause this? How difficult is it to replace the
freeze plug? Larry
