bomb r&r no go

Armed with several good posts
from the Qlist and a new bomb, I
set out this holiday weekend to replace what
has to be the original bomb on my '89 200TQ.
Ten years exposed to the road environment
of Colorado and the Northwest fused both the
banjo bolt and brake line firmly to the
bad bomb. I can not budge them,
good penetrating oil (Wurth) was applied
but to no avail. What can I do?
Is heat, via a torch acceptable? I
do not want to "setoff" the bomb but
what is the proper tack here? TIA.
