4kq ride Height

I'm hoping someone of you has data on what the stock ride height of my 4kq
is supposed to be.  It seems to be riding a bit low in the rear, after 13
years and 200k.  Also for those of you who have installed Eibac's  and H&R
springs what is your ride height?  I'm considering new lowering springs
(I'm thinking they might not lower the car at all).  I Live in VT so I
don't want to lower my car, more than it already is.  I think the 2Bennett
over coils will be too co$tly.
