12 Valve Pages

Hi,

First I'd like to thanks for all the help I've received regard my new (to
me) 1992 100 CS.  It's been of great value!  And I have one last question.
Is there a service manual for this car that costs under $200?

By the way I've not been able to get to the 12v Pages.  Does anyone know the
status of this page or have the correct URL?
