ufo brake conversion

i am sure that this has been beaten to death but does anyone have a
list of the parts needed to convert the ufo brakes on a 90 v8q to
conventional brakes?  the rotors are brand new on my v8q and warping
already.....the suggested list fix of multiple stops from 80mph and a
gentle ride home did not help.  TIA
