Big fat $125 core charge when I got mine a few months ago. Maybe that's
because I approached them as an individual, not as Wallace's Auto
Repair.

This too I don't see on anything that they sent me. There is an mention
of the lifetime parts warranty but no reference to labor. So if you
install yours yourself, like I did, I suppose they don't warrantee the
labor--which is certainly understandable. If I did have to replace it in
the first year, though, it would be pretty cool to get paid to work on
my car.

Right, I think it's $20 or so more for retail customers, plus the
apparent difference in the core charge.
