My '89 100Q had a bad driveshaft bearing, and I tried to get the
BMW part to fit. It didn't. Of course, I found this out *after*
the mechanic had sliced up the BMW one so I couldn't return it.

The good news is that Jim at Blau makes a 5K center bearing for
$169 that fit perfectly.
